The5%ers runs three distinct programs and the rules differ enough that picking the wrong one is the most common avoidable mistake. Note that the separate Instant Funding product the firm once sold has been discontinued — its page has returned 404 since 2026-08-01 — so older reviews describing a no-evaluation program no longer match the current lineup. Match the program to your style before you compare prices: the cheapest program is meaningless if its rules do not fit your trading.

The max loss is measured against the initial balance and does not trail your profits, which makes it more forgiving than a trailing drawdown. The minimum-days rule is stricter than it looks: you need three days that each close at least 0.5% in profit, not just three days with trades.
After funding, the split starts at 80% and scales to 100%. Accounts scale up to $500K, with fixed salary tiers added at the $350K+ and $500K levels. The evaluation fee is 70% refunded with your first payout.

Payouts
Bi-weekly cycle, $150 minimum, paid via Rise, bank transfer, or crypto — and a flat 3.5% commission is deducted from every cash payout. High Stakes fees are 70% refunded with the first payout.
