The5%ers runs three distinct programs and the rules differ enough that picking the wrong one is the most common avoidable mistake. The max loss is measured against the initial balance and does not trail your profits, which makes it more forgiving than a trailing drawdown. The minimum-days rule is stricter than it looks: you need three days that each close at least 0.5% in profit, not just three days with trades.
After funding, the split starts at 80% and scales to 100%. Accounts scale up to $500K, with fixed salary tiers added at the $350K+ and $500K levels. The evaluation fee is 70% refunded with your first payout.
