「否定的と解釈されうる(could be construed as negative)」という基準は、今回確認した中で最も広い書き方。英国の Defamation Act 2013 への言及あり。なお同日(2026-08-21)、Trustpilotは同社の評価をガイドライン違反で停止し「偽レビューを多数削除した」と表示している。
